It's being able to know your authentic higher self, then having the ability to be, communicate and express that in any given moment and not let the fear of what other people will think, say or do prevent you. It's about tuning out the noise of distraction and connecting with your inner guidance system to take a Courageous Decision to follow the beat of your own drum, for your own growth, potential and calling.

It is very easy to become trapped in your daily routine of comfort, conformity, familiarity and the mundane either through fear or by habit. Resulting in living a life that isn't bringing out the best in you, your ability, your potential and ignoring the deep calling you have within.

As humans, we tend to not make a difficult decision unless the pain of where we currently are becomes greater than the perceived pain of making a change. Life has a sneaky way of forcing us into a crisis or breaking point if we resist it or play small.

Activate Your Courage is about proactively recognising and embracing this. It's about equipping you with the knowledge, tools and support to empower you to flow with life instead of battling against it. It's about upgrading your way of being to take the destiny of your life into your own hands.

Like any course your results will depend on how much work you put into applying the knowledge. I can show you the door and open it, but only you who can walk through it.

A useful metaphor: We don't become fit by having a gym membership, we become fit by showing up at the gym and actively putting in the time and effort. But you can be certain that if you do, results will follow.

The intention is to go beyond intellectual knowledge only and provide you with opportunities for direct experience. As your guide my role is to direct you to connect with your own power within.

• The course will run over a consecutive 6-week period.
• There will be a 2-hour live video call each week on the same specified day of the week and time.
• During each call you will be presented with new awarenesses and tools.
• There will be interactive exercises.
• You will have an opportunity to ask any questions.
• Each call will be recorded and shared privately with only you.
• You will be given specific tasks to complete between calls, this is called Growth Work and is typically some type of self-reflective exercise. This process has been carefully designed to increase the level of engagement, learning and impact.
• Full instructions will be given with all the specific details once the program has been purchased.

This course will take approximately 3-4 hours per week. This includes joining a live 2 hour call and around 1-2 hours of Growth Work. It's less about the amount of time and more about the quality of your focus, attention and intention. As long as the work is done, the results are delivered.
