I define “Living Your Truth" as embracing and expressing your authentic self in every aspect of life.

It involves aligning your decisions, actions, and lifestyle with your core values, beliefs, and desires, rather than conforming to external expectations or societal norms.

The degree to which you can be your authentic self is directly related to how well you understand your inner world—your thoughts, feelings, and motivations.

Self-awareness requires deep introspection to reveal unconscious limiting beliefs, core fears, and unresolved wounds. These ingrained patterns often control our decisions and actions without our conscious awareness.

Without this self-knowledge, living authentically becomes challenging, as we tend to react to external influences or fall prey to our own limiting programming.
