Courageous Decision Movement

The most impactful piece of business advice I received last year was:

"Don’t build a brand. Build a movement”. - Justin Welsh

This resonated deeply with me. As I came to realize what I am most passionate about is helping people rise above their fears to live their truth. I know this takes one heck of a Courageous Decision!

I see so much potential in people and hope for humanity, but I also see a lot of fear, division and stagnation. It feels like we are at an important crossroads in human history where we could go either way. Therefore, the movement I believe in the most is empowering those courageous souls who are ready to take bold steps towards becoming self-aware, conscious and responsible for their fears, rather than blindly believing and reacting from them.

I don't see fear as an enemy, as fighting fear with fear just results in more fear. Instead, I view it as an essential evolutionary step in our growth. Fear, like any level of consciousness, when fully understood, can be transcended.

The real challenge with fear is it can be very convincing, pervasive, deceptive, manipulative and highly seductive. We can get hooked by it without even realizing it. Our task, then, is to observe when we are operating from fear and take the necessary steps to untangle ourselves.

Carl Jung said: "We all walk in shoes that are too small for us”.

Our personal fears are both our greatest source of limitation and our greatest opportunity for growth. We are each faced with daily choices: to remain a prisoner of our unexamined fears or make the Courageous Decision to understand, integrate and grow beyond them.

I am here to support those who are ready to start living from a new empowered place of boldness, freedom and authenticity. I feel the world needs more people activating their potential, giving their gifts and living their truth. I have faced many of my own fears and continue to do so. It has been a challenging but highly rewarding path.
